We also process SMS text message data, including missed-call text-backs and dispatch notifications.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. The Service also sends SMS text messages, including missed-call text-backs to callers who did not reach a live operator, and dispatch notifications to the business client. Message and data rates may apply to SMS recipients. Recipients may reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of further text messages from that number.

Our business clients are responsible for any consent or notice required under the laws of their jurisdiction regarding call recording and SMS communications. If you are a caller and have questions about how a specific towing company handles your call data, please contact that towing company directly.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We engage third-party vendors to help us operate the Service — including telephony infrastructure, cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers access data only as needed to perform their functions and are contractually bound to protect it.
